摘    要:Aconitumspecies (Ranunculaceae) ,whichdistributewidelyinmiddleandlowerreachesoftheYangziRiver ,northandsouthwestofChina ,containhighlytoxicdiesterditerpeneAconitumalkaloids ,especiallyhighcontentofaconitine .Aconitine ,withanLDforhumanof 3- 5mg ,issometimesusedinsuicidesandhomicidesbecauseofitshightoxicity .Forsearchasmallamountofthetoxicant,itsidentificationisverydifficult.Thus ,forclinicalandforensicmedicine ,amethodforsensitivedeterminationandidentificationofthetoxicantisneeded .Traditio…

Abstract:Aconitum species (Ranunculaceae), which distribute widely in middle and lower reaches of the Yangzi River, northand southwest of China, contain highly toxic diesterditerpene Aconitum alkaloids, especially high content of aconitine.
