| 摘 要： | 目的 观察低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 低分子肝素0.4-0.6ml,每天2次皮下注射,连用14天。结果：36例患者临床疗效为66.67％。低分子肝素尚有减少心绞痛发作次数和时间,减少硝酸甘油用量,减少心电图上心肌缺血范围和程度等作用。结论 低分子肝素是一种效、安全的治疗不稳定型心绞痛的药物。

| Abstract: | To observe the treatment effect of low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH) in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods LMWH (0.4～0.6 ml Bid) was used through subcutaneous injection in 36 cases of unstable angina pectoris for 14 days on end.Results The clinical effective rate was 66.67%.The drug was effective in the decreasing of the frequency and time of angina pectoris,and also in the decreasing of nitroglycerin consumption as well as in the improvement of the scope and severity of cardiac ischemia by ECG.Conclusi on LMWH is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. |
