| 摘 要： | 针灸调节免疫的作用是通过对细胞免疫和体液免疫发挥影响来实现的,针灸可激活C3b受体,提高红细胞的黏附功能、白细胞数目、T淋巴细胞数目及转化率、T淋巴细胞亚群数目、CD4/CD8的比率、NK、LAK细胞的活性和数量,并可提高IgG、IgA、IgM值。针灸主要通过阿片肽、脑肠肽介导免疫调节功能,其调节免疫功能具有整体性和双向性。

| Abstract: | Acupuncture and moxibustion can regulate immune function. The effect depends on influencing cell- mediated immunity and humoral- mediated immunity. Acupuncture and moxibustion may activate C3 b acceptor, strengthen the conglutination of erythrocyte and the activity of NK and LAK, increase the amoum of leukocyte, T lymph cell, T lymph cell subgroup, NK cell and LAK cell, raise the transformation efficiency of T lymph cell and the proportion of CD4/CD8, and heighten the value of IgG,IgA and IgM. Acupuncture and moxibustion mainly take opioid peptide and braingut peptide as the medium in the course of immunoregulation. The immunoregulation has the characteristics of entirety and ambidirectional dominance. |
