通气治疗急性呼吸衰竭的疗效观察

目的 研究气管插管机械通气对治疗急性呼吸衰竭的临床效果.方法 选取我院在2011年5月-2013年5月收治的86例急性呼吸衰竭患者,60例观察组使用气管插管机械通气法,26例对照组使用面罩机械通气法.结果 对照组治愈率为19.2%;观察组治愈率为75%.两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.通气治疗后,观察组pH、动脉血氧分压（PaO2）、血氧饱和度（SaO2）均低于对照组,呼吸（R）、心率（HR）均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 气管插管机械通气治疗急性呼吸衰竭时,疗效显著,具有广阔的应用前景.

To Observe the Treatment Effect of Mechanical Ventilation in the Respiratory Insufficiency

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mechanical ventilation in the respiratory insufficien- cy. Methods The 86 cases of patients with respiratory insufficiency in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were elected to the group. The 60 cases of the observation group took endotracheal intubation mechanical ventilation method. The 26 cases of the control group took the face mask mechanical ventilation method. Results The cure rate of control group was 19. 2%, and the cure rate of observation group was 75%. The difference of the two group was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05） . After aeration treatment, pH, PaO2, SaO2 of the observation group were lower than the control group＇s, but RR, HR of the observation group were higher （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Endotracheal intubation mechanical ventilation method in the treatment of respiratory in- sufficiency has obvious curative effect and wide application prospect.
