| 摘 要： | 急诊科室护患纠纷发生的多发区,加强医院管理,提高护理人员素质,可以减少护患纠纷的发生.加强医院急诊科的管理,提高护理人员法律意识、沟通和学习能力、详细书写护理记录的能力,能降低医疗纠纷的发生,在临床上具有一定的意义.

| Abstract: | Emergency department is the incidence of nurse - patient disputes, so it can reduce the occurrence of nurse - patient disputes to strengthen the management of the hospital and improve the quality of the nurse. It has certain signifi- cance in clinic to strengthen the management of the hospital emergency department, and improve law consciousness of the nurses and the ability of communication , learning and writing nursing records in detail, which can reduce the occurrence of medical disputes. |
