文拉法辛与氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效分析

目的 对比文拉法辛与氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效.方法 选取2011年4月-2013年4月在我院住院治疗的抑郁症患者100例,按治疗方法不同分为文拉法辛组与氟西汀组,每组50例.文拉法辛组给予口服盐酸文拉法辛缓释片治疗,氟西汀组给予口服盐酸氟西汀分散片治疗,均治疗6周.观察治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分改善情况和临床疗效.结果 文拉法辛组从治疗第1周末HAMD评分开始显著下降,并且持续治疗至第6周末,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;氟西汀组治疗第1周末HAMD评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗第3、6周末HAMD评分较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.在治疗第1周末时,文拉法辛组HAMD评分显著低于氟西汀组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.2组痊愈率和显效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 文拉法辛和氟西汀治疗抑郁症临床疗效无差异,但文拉法辛起效快.

Effect comparasion of venlafaxine and fluoxetine in the treatment of depression

Objective To compare the curative effect and safety of venlafaxine and fluoxetine in the treatment of de- pression. Methods From April 2011 to April 2013 in our hospital, 100 patients with depression were randomly divided into venlafaxine group and fluoxetine group, 50 patients in each group. Venlafaxine group were treated with oral administration of venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and the patients were given oral fluoxetine hydrochloride dispersible tablets for treatment in fluoxetine group, two groups were treated for 6 weeks. Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） score improvement and clinical effect of 2 groups were observed before and after treatment. Results From the beginning of the first week treat- ment, the score of HAMD decreased significantly in venlafaxine group, and continued to treat to the sixth weekends,the differ- ence was statistically significant compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference of HAMD score in fluoxetine group before and after treatment At the end of the first week （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; after treatment for the third, sixth weekend, the score of HAMD decreased significantly in fluoxetine group （ P 〈0. 01 ）. After treatment for the first weekend, the score of HAMD in the venlafaxine group was lower than that in fluoxetine group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no significant difference of cure rate and efficiency rate between 2 groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion There is no differences in clinical efficacy between venlafaxine group and fluoxetine group, but the venlafaxine has a rapid onset.
