TUBB3和P-gP在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨TUBB3和P-gP在卵巢癌组织中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测TUBB3和P-gP蛋白在50例卵巢癌组织和25例正常卵巢组织石蜡标本的表达情况。结果卵巢癌组织中TUBB3和P．gp的表达阳性率均低于正常卵巢组织,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。卵巢癌组织中,TUBB3在不同临床分期和病理分级有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,而P-gP在卵巢癌组织中病理分级差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。TUBB3和P．gP的表达呈负相关（P〈0．05）。结论TUBB3和P—gp的表达与卵巢癌患者化疗疗效存在相关性,二者表达对卵巢癌化疗方案的制定、判断预后有重要指导意义。

TUBB3 and P-gp protein expression in ovarian carcinoma and its clinical value

Objective To investigate the expression of TUBB3 and P-gp protein in ovarian cancer tissue. Methods The paraffin specimen expression of TUBB3 and P-gp protein in 50 cases of ovarian cancer and 25 cases of normal ovarian tis- sue were detected by using immunohistochemistry. Results In the ovarian cancer tissues, the expression positive rate of TUBB3 and P-gp were all lower than those of the normal ovarian tissue, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. In ovarian cancer tissues, the expression of TUBB3 in different clinical stages and pathological grading was different, the differ- ence was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and the expression of P-gp in different pathology classification was different, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was negative correlation between TUBB3 and P-gp （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of TUBB3 and P-gp are related with chemotherapy curative effect in patients with ovarian cancer, the expression of which have important guiding significance for formulation of chemotherapy regimens and judging prognosis.
