前列腺增生的经尿道前列腺电切术治疗体会

目的：探讨前列腺增生（BPH）的经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗临床疗效。方法：对207例 BPH 患者行 TURP 手术治疗的临床资料回顾性分析。结果：患者均安全返回病房。与术前比较，术后3个月随访表明，残余尿量（RUV）、最大尿留率（Qmax）、生活质量评分（QOL）和国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或 P〈0.01）。结论：TURP 是一种安全、有效的治疗 BPH 的手术方式。

The Experience of Treatment for Transurethral Resection of Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）.Methods：207 cases BPH patients who underwent TURP were retro- spective analyzed.Results：The patients were safely back ward. Conclusion：with preoperative, that residual urine vol- ume （RUV）, maximum urinary retention rate （Qmax）, quality of life scores （QOL） and international prostate symptom score （IPSS） showed statistically significant differences （P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01） in postoperative follow-up of 3 months after TURP. Conclusion TURP is a safe and effective surgical method for the treatment of BPH.
