36例食管癌同步放化疗致食管瘘的临床观察及护理

目的：总结36例食管癌同步放化疗致食管穿孔患者的临床表现及护理经验。方法：回顾性分析36例食管癌同步放化疗导致食管瘘患者的临床症状及表现，以及血常规、食道碘水造影或CT三维成像的检查结果，并进行严格的饮食护理及指导，及时发现并发症并妥善处理。通过增加患者舒适度，同时给予有效的心理支持，减轻紧张、焦虑等心理，使患者重新树立信心，继续积极配合治疗。结果：密切观察同步放化疗的食管癌患者的病情，可以及时发现食管穿孔，并通过合理的治疗及饮食护理及指导、心理疏导，可以明显提高患者的生存质量。
