锁定接骨板结合植骨治疗胫骨平台骨折

摘    要:目的:分析胫骨平台骨折患者应用锁定接骨板内固定结合植骨治疗的临床疗效。方法:42例胫骨平台骨折患者,均采取锁定接骨板内固定,同时应用人工骨植骨治疗,术后进行固定、膝关节功能锻炼等治疗。结果:42例胫骨平台骨折患者均为骨性愈合,均获得持久且稳定的固定,无骨折再移位现象,患者均无膝关节力线的改变,骨折愈合时间为3~8个月,患者均获得随访,根据 Lysholm 功能评价标准,41例(97.62%)优良。结论:锁定接骨板内固定结合植骨治疗胫骨平台骨折,可有效防止术后胫骨平台塌陷的发生,患者临床疗效较为显著。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effects of interlock plate internal fixation plus bone transplantation on tibial plateau fractures.Methods:42 cases fracture patients of tibial plateau underwent interlock plate internal fixation plus bone transplantation.We reviewed the clinical data of 42 patients, according to the fracture type and fixed opera- tion, postoperative knee joint functional exercise or external fixation and treatment to recover knee joint function early after operation or were performed external fixation with plaster.Results:All of the 42 patients with tibial plateau frac- tures achieved bone union and provided a continuous and stable fixation, no fracture to replacement phenomenon, and 42 patients were not the change of the knee joint lines.Based on Lysholow score system, Knee joint function was as- sessed as excellent in 41 cases (97.62%).Conclusion:Through interlock plate internal fixation plus bone transplanta- tion, reliable clinical effect can be achieved for the tibial plateau fracture, the replacement of fragments can be avoid- ed, and the clinical effect is reliable.
