儿科护理安全的影响因素分析及对策

目的 探讨儿科护理安全的影响因素,并提出相应的解决对策.方法 选取2011年3月-2013年3月我院收治的儿科患者1382例,对所有患儿治疗期间的护理情况进行督察,对发现的问题进行汇总,明确可能对儿科护理安全造成影响的因素.结果 在对1382例患儿进行护理的过程中,共发现存在的可能导致或者已经导致医疗不良事件发生的问题732件次.其中以护患沟通问题存在的隐患最大,占30.6%,其次依次是护理人员法律意识薄弱、护理人员人力不足和护理人员技术问题,分别占到19.8%、14.6%和11.6%;患儿及家属因素也在一定程度上影响着护理安全,但是所占比例不大,为11.2%.结论 儿科护理安全的影响因素包括护患沟通、护理人员法律意识薄弱、人力不足以及护理人员技术较差,患儿及家属不合作等,针对这些情况,一方面要求护理人员加强与患儿家长的沟通,取得其信任和配合,另一方面要通过教育、培训等方式,不断提高护理人员的意识和技能,减少安全隐患,降低不安全事件的发生率.

Influence Factors and Countermeasures of Pediatric Nursing Safety

Objective To explore the influencing factors of pediatric nursing safety, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods 1382 pediatric patients admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were chosen as the research objecL The situations of nursing of all patients during treatment were taken for superintend, and the problems were sum- marized, the factors may affect the pediatric nursing safety were clear. Results In the process of nursing of 1382 children, we found there were 732 causes may cause or had caused adverse medical time problems. The nurse - patient communication prob- lems were with the highest dangers, and accounted for 30. 60%, followed by the legal awareness of nursing staff, nursing man- power shortage and weakness of nursing staff of technical problems, respectively accounted for 19. 8%, 14. 6% and 11.6%. The children and their parents＇ factors also had influences on the nursing safety, but with a small proportion, as 11.2%. Conclusion The influence factors of pediatric nursing safety includes the nurse - patient communication, weak nursing personnel legal con- sciousness, the lack of manpower and poor nursing technique, the children and their parents without cooperation, in view of this situation, so we should ask the nursing staff and strengthen the communication with the parents, to obtain the trust and coopera- tion, on the other hand, improve nursing staff awareness and skills, reduce security risks, reduce the incidence of unsafe e- vents by education and training mode.
