奥美拉唑联合白眉蝮蛇冻干蛇毒血凝酶治疗上消化道出血的疗效观察

目的探讨奥美拉唑联合白眉蝮蛇冻干蛇毒血凝酶治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法将86例上消化道出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例，观察组予奥美拉唑联合白眉蝮蛇冻干蛇毒血凝酶治疗，对照组予奥美拉唑治疗，比较2组的临床效果和止血效果。结果观察组总有效率为95．4％，明显高于对照组的88．4％，且止血时间较对照组快，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论奥美拉唑联合白眉蝮蛇冻干蛇毒血凝酶治疗上消化道出血效果好、止血快，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of omeprazole combined with gloydius blomhoffi siniticus freeze-dried snake venom hemocoagulase in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To study the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with gloydius blomhoffi siniticus freeze - dried snake venom hemocoagulase in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 86 cases of upper gastrointes- tinal bleeding patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,43 cases in each group. The observation group used omeprasole combined with gloydius blomhoffi siniticus freeze-dried snake venom hemocoagulase for treatment, while the control group used omeprazole for treatment. The clinical effect and hemostatic effect of 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.4%, which was higher than 88.4% of the control group, and the hemo- static time of which was quicker than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion. The effect of omeprazole clinical combined with gloydius blomhoffi siniticus freeze-dried snake venom hemocoagulase is good and fast in the treatment of uooer gastrointestinal bleeding, which is worthy of clinical aovlication.
