老年性高血压合并糖尿病患者的临床分析

目的 比较两种降压药治疗老年高血压合并糖尿病患者的成本及效益,为老年高血压合并糖尿病患者用药提供一定依据.方法 选取我科2010-2012年收治的100例老年高血压合并糖尿病患者,患者按进入门诊的顺序分为硝苯地平缓释片组（50例）和苯磺酸氨氯地平组（50例）.治疗后观察患者临床疗效.结果 硝苯地平缓释片组总有效率为92.0%,苯磺酸氨氯地平组总有效率为94.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.硝苯地平缓释片组平均用药成本46.2元,低于苯磺酸氨氯地平组的413.2元,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 硝苯地平缓释片与苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗糖尿病老年高血压患者疗效果均满意,但前者更有利于节省治疗成本.

The Clinical Analysis Aged Patients with Hypertension and Diabetes

Objective To compare the costs and benefits of two antihypertensive drug therapy in elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes, provide a basis for combination therapy in elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes. Methods The 100 cases of elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes in our department treated from 2010 to 2012 were elected to the group. The patients were derided into nifedipine group （50 cases） and amlodipine group （50 cases） . To observe the effect of pa- tients after treatment. Results The total efficiency of nifedipine group was 92.0%, the total effective of amlodipine group was 94.0%. Comparing the twi） grouops, there was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . The average drug cost of nife- dipine group was 46. 2 yuan, it was lower than the average drug , whose cost was 413.2 yuan （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The effect of extended release nifedipine tablets and amlodipine besylate in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes were satisfied, but the former is more conducive to save the cost of the treatment.
