综合护理干预对糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响

目的 观察综合护理干预对糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响.方法 选择我院2012年2月-2013年1月收治的114例2型糖尿病作为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组54例采用常规护理,观察组60例采用综合护理干预,比较两组患者的用药依从性及血糖控制效果.结果 跟踪随访6个月,观察组的用药依从性为96.7%,高于对照组的90.9%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;随访结束时观察组的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPBG）均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 综合护理干预能够明显提高糖尿病患者的用药依从性,从而达到更佳的血糖控制效果,应当作为首选的护理方案.

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Diabetes Medication Compliance

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetes medication compli- ance. 114 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2013 were chosen as the research ob- ject. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group of 54 cases was taken with conventional care, and the observation group of 60 cases was taken with comprehensive nursing intervention. The medication adherence and free blood glu- cose （FBG） control effect for the two groups were compared. Results Followed up for 6 months, the medication compliance in the observation group was 96. 7%, which was significantly higher than the 90. 9% in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The FBG, 2hPBG in the observation group after following up were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve diabetes medication compliance, so as to achieve better glyeemie control, which should be used as the preferred care programs.
