妊娠合并 HIV 感染母婴垂直传播阻断措施探讨

目的：探讨阻断 HIV/AIDS 母婴垂直传播的具体措施。方法：回顾性分析16例妊娠合并 HIV 感染者采取抗病毒药物、分娩期产科干预、人工喂养等综合措施治疗效果。结果：16例孕妇分娩的16例新生儿，失访2例，余14例新生儿两次 HIV 检测均为阴性。结论：对 HIV 感染的孕妇，应做好围生期管理，抗反转录病毒药物阻断，分娩期产科干预，新生儿人工喂养的母婴阻断综合措施是降低 HIV 感染母婴传播的有效措施。

Explore the Blocking Method on Maternal-infant Vertical Transmission in Pregnancy with HIV Infection

Objective：To explore the maternal-infant vertical transmission blocking method on the pregnancy with HIV infection. Methods：sixteen HIV-infection pregnant cases were given to the maternal-infant blocking method, such as anti-viral medicine therapy, cesarean section, artificial feeding and so on. Results：Except for two cases were lost to follow up,the rest fourteen cases of infant were tested HIV-antibody negative twice. Conclusion：For expectant mothers with HIV, it is essential adopt maternal-infant blocking methods including perinatal care, prenatal antiviral drugs,obstetric intervention and artificial feeding of newborns are important measures to decrease the number of the AIDS children.
