DHS内固定在老年股骨粗隆部骨折中的效果及并发症研究

目的：探讨动力髋螺钉（DHS）内固定在老年股骨粗隆部骨折中的效果及并发症发生情况。方法：选取2005年1月～2008年12月于本院进行治疗的56例老年股骨粗隆部骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组（DHS内固定组）28例和对照组（外固定支架组）28例,后将两组患者的Hariris髋关节功能评分、手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间及并发症发生率进行统计及比较。结果：经研究发现,观察组的Hariris髋关节功能评分优于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,P均〈0.05,均差异有统计学意义,而术中出血量及手术时间两组患者比较,差异无统计学意义,P均〉0.05。结论：在老年股骨粗隆部骨折的治疗中采用DHS内固定治疗较外固定支架疗效佳,并发症发生率低,值得临床应用。

The effects and complications of DHS fixation of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly

Objective：To investigate the dynamic hip screw（DHS） fixation in intertrochanteric fractures of the effects and complications.Methods：Selected January 2005 to December 2008 in our hospital for treatment of 56 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients studied were randomly divided into two groups（DHS fixation group） 28 cases and the control group（external fixation stent group） 28 cases,after two groups of patients Hariris hip function score,operative time,blood loss,healing time and complication rates and compare statistics.Results：The study found that the observation group Hariris hip function scores than the control group,operation time shorter than the control group,healing time was shorter than the control group,the complication rate lower than the control group P all 0.05,differences were statistically meaning,while blood loss and operation time of the two groups the difference was not statistically significant,P all0.05.Conclusion：In the elderly trochanteric fracture fixation in the DHS compared with external fixation in clinical outcome,complication rate,worthy of clinical application.
