15例孤立性肿瘤的氩氦刀治疗

目的:探讨氩氦刀治疗孤立性肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法:15例单个病灶肿瘤患者在超声引导下进行氩氦刀治疗。结果:13例患者的肿瘤病灶被氩氦刀所形成的冰球100%覆盖,其余两例患者肿瘤病灶冰球的覆盖率也在90%以上。完全缓解13例,部分缓解2例,有效率达100%,无疾病进展生存期为8个月,其中1例无疾病进展生存期达15个月。结论:氩氦刀治疗孤立的肿瘤病灶安全有效,肿瘤的大小和位置是影响治疗效果的决定性因素。

Percutaneous cryoablation of unifocal tumor under ultrasonic guidance

Objective: To observe the feasibility and safety of cryoablation of unifocal tumor for nonsurgical candidates.Methods: The procedure was performed after achievement of local anesthesia for 15 tumors in 15 patients(13 male and 2 female patients).Results: The cryoprobe was successfully placed under ultrasound guidance in the tumor in 15(100%) of 15 patients.15 had two freeze cycles consisting of a 15-or 20-minute freeze and a 2-minute thaw.Tumors of 13 patients were thoroughly covered by ice balls.The mean greatest dimension of breast cancer was 8 cm,and 90% of area was covered by ice balls.Median Time-to-progression is eight months.Conclusion: Percutaneous cryoablation therapy for unifocal tumor under ultrasonic guidance is feasible and minimally invasive,with satisfactory local control.Tumor magnitude and location were dependent determinants of ice ball coverage.
