不同剂量叶酸、B族维生素对冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸的影响

摘    要:目的探讨不同剂量叶酸、B族维生素对冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法对90例血浆同型半胱氨酸增高的冠心病患者随机分为A、B、C三组,每组30例,A、B组为治疗组,口服不同剂量的叶酸、B族维生素;C组为对照组,不服用上述药物。治疗前和治疗4周后分别测定血浆同型半胱氨酸的变化。结果A组、B组干预治疗4周后血浆Hcy明显下降,与C组比较P<0.001,A组、B组治疗前后自身比较P<0.001,A、B两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠心病患者用叶酸、B族维生素干预治疗后,血浆Hcy明显下降。其下降程度与药物剂量无明显关系,小剂量应用可达防治目的,可作为冠心病患者的早期预防药物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of different dose of folic acid and vitamin B on the plasma homocysteine level in the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 90 patients with the plasma homocysteine level increased were divided randomly into 3 groups: A, B and C group, there were 30 patients in each group. A and B group were treated with different doses of folic acid and vitamin B, C group were not treated. Both the homocysteine level were measured before and after four weeks' treatment. Results The homocysteine level in the patients with coronary heart disease was significantly decreased after four weeks' treatment in treapy groups. The difference of the treapy groups and C group was significant (P<0.001). Compared with the homocysteine level before and after the treatment of A and B group was significant (P<0.001). But there was no difference between A and B groups after the treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The homocysteine level in the patients with coronary heart disease was decreased after the treatment of folic acid and vitamin B. The degree of the homocysteine decreased had no relationship with the doses of the medicine. Low-dose medcine could achieved the protective effect and might be selected as the protective medcine of the early-term patients with coronary heart disease.
