摘    要:为探讨松花江江水潜在致癌性,检测了哈尔滨市上游15km处江水对NIH3TH3细胞的恶性转化作用。试验结果表明:乙醚提取各剂量均对细胞有一定毒性,能诱发典型的细胞转化灶,其转化率呈现剂量-效应关系。提示,该江水具有潜在致癌作用。

Abstract:To explore the potential carcinogenecity of water of Songhua River,the malignant transformation of NHI3T3 cells was detected by the water samples,which were collected in the upper reaches of Songhua River 15 km far from Harbin The result showed that the ether extract of water sample had certain toxicity to the tested cells could induce typical malignant transformatd foci,and transformation rates presented a dose effect relationship It indicated that the Songhua River had potential carcinogenecity
