| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(multislice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)动态扫描及多平面重建成像对胃癌的诊断价值。方法收集经胃镜活检病理证实且经过手术的患者40例,采用西门子Definition AS+128排螺旋CT进行动态扫描并进行三维重建成像,观察胃癌局部原发病灶及胃周浸润、远处转移情况。结果所有患者MSCT图像质量均显示满意,均发现胃部原发病灶并获得胃周浸润和淋巴结转移较满意的诊断率。结论 MSCT可以揭示胃癌原发部位及外周浸润、远处转移情况可以成为胃镜检查的重要补充,对胃癌的术前评估及治疗方法选择具有重要意义。 |
