60例急性有机磷中毒合并中间综合征的临床分析

目的探讨有机磷中毒合并中间综合征（IMS）患者预后的影响因素。方法回顾性分析60例有机磷中毒合并IMS患者的病例资料,包括一般情况、洗胃时间、气管切开与气管插管、血液灌流、机械通气时间,发生IMS的时间、心率、白细胞计数、胆碱酯酶活性等。根据生存情况分为生存组33例,死亡组27例。结果 2组的心率、白细胞计数、胆碱酯酶、发生IMS的时间比较差异均无统计学意义（P〈O.05）。生存组洗胃时间、气管切开、机械通气时间、血液灌流与死亡组比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论洗胃时间、气管切开、机械通气时间、血液灌流是提高IMS患者抢救成功率的主要因素。

Clincal Analysis of 60 Cases of Intermediate Syndrome after Acute Organophosphorous Pesticides Poisoning

Objective Acute organophosphate pesticides Organophosphorous pesticides acute poisoning （poisoning,AOPP） concurrent ask syndrome （intermediatesyndrome,IMS） is the leading cause of death A0PP.Methods The general condition,time of gastric lauage,tracheotomy or tracheal cannula,hemoperfusion,time of mechanical ventiltion,in ICU or not,time of IMS accident happened,heart ates,acetylcholinesterase（AchE）,WBC count were colleceted in 60 patients with IMS after AOPP.The patients were divided into two groups：death group（27）and survival group（33）.Results There were no statistical differences in heart rates,AchE,WBC count,in ICU or not,time of IMS incidet happened between two groups,Time of gastric lavage,tracheotomy,hemoperfusion and time of mechanical ventilation were different between two groups（p0.05）.Conclusion Time of gastric lavage,tracheotomy,hemoperfusion,time of mechanical ventilation are the key factors to improve the survival rate of the patients with IMS.
