丙泊酚复合芬太尼用于无痛胃镜的临床观察

目的观察异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉用于胃镜检查的效应。方法 180胃镜检查患者,随机分为三组。A组为对照组,在局部麻醉下完成胃镜检查;B组为丙泊酚组,静脉注入丙泊酚2 mg/kg;C组为丙泊酚芬太尼组,先静脉注射芬太尼0.05 mg,再静脉注入丙泊酚2 mg/kg。观察3组麻醉效果、丙泊酚总用量及麻醉清醒时间。结果 B、C两组麻醉优良率显著高于A组。C组丙泊酚平均用量少于B组(P<0.05),两组清醒时间无显著性差异。结论异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉用于胃镜检查安全有效,操作方便,应大力推广。

The Clinical Observation of Propofol Combined with Fentanyl Used in Analgesia Gastroscopic Examination
