| 摘 要： | 目的观察玻璃纤维桩核及瓷甲冠修复青少年上前牙冠折临床疗效。方法对37例45颗青少年冠折上前牙行完善根管治疗后,采用瑞士Para Post纤维桩及复合树脂制作桩核,再用瓷甲冠恢复牙冠外形。随访两年观察临床效果。结果随访两年未见纤维桩折断、根折。结论应用玻璃纤维桩和瓷甲冠是一种有效的过渡性治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of glass fiber pile core and porcelain amour crown restoration of teenagers' anterior crown fracture.Method In 37 cases,45 endodontically treated fractured anterior teeth were restored with glass fiber pile.The residual crowns and roots were restored with the glass fiber pile core crown.The patients were reexamined in two years after operation.Result In the follow-up two years,root or post fracture and periapical lesion were not observed.Conclusion Fiber Piles and po... |
