Abstract:Objective To explore the effect on different hypoxic proliferation of rat pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells(PASMCs).Methods The primary culture PASMCs of rat were randomly divided into three groups,including: normoxia group(21 % O2,5 % CO2),hypoxia group(10 % O2,85 % N2,5 % CO2)and anoxia group(1 % O2,94 % N2,5 % CO2).The proliferation was tested by cell count and methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) method.Results The PASMCs count of anoxia group was more than normoxia group and hypoxia group after 2 day...
