| 摘 要： | 目的 研究唐古特红景天75%乙醇提取物对体外培养乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖的影响并初步探讨其作用机制.方法 采用高效液相色谱法鉴定提取物的有效成分;采用MTT试验检测提取物对MCF-7细胞增殖的影响;采用光镜观察药物处理后细胞形态学的变化;利用Annexin V-FITC/PI 双染色流式细胞术分析药物对细胞凋亡的影响....
