安徽省医疗机构实验室生物安全现况调查

目的了解安徽省医疗机构实验室生物安全现状,为卫生部门生物安全管理提供决策依据。方法于2007年5-8月对合肥、安庆、宿州等3市的综合性医疗机构按照分层随机抽样方法开展调查。结果医疗机构实验室生物安全管理薄弱,硬件设施和管理水平普遍达不到二级防护生物安全实验室的基本要求。仅有16.13%的机构建立了生物安全操作规程,31.26%的机构配备生物安全柜,12.90%的机构配备非手动式水龙头开关。结论应加强对医疗机构相关人员的培训,提高他们的生物安全意识,加大实验室生物安全硬件投入,制定完善生物安全管理规范,加大监管力度。

Investigation of Biological Safety Situation of Laboratory in Medical Institutes in Anhui Province

Objective To understand the current situation of biological security management in medical facilities and provide advisory references for heath administrative department in Anhui province.Methods: 31 medical facilities were investigated in Hefei,Anqing and Suzhou from From May,2007 to August using stratified sampling.Results: Management of biological security in medical facilities were weak,the hardware facility and the management level could not meet the essential requirements for Second-level protection biology security laboratory generally.Conclusions: From now on,we should strengthen the training on medical facilities to raises the biological safety consciousness,enlarge investment in laboratory biology security hardware,formulate and improve the standard of biology safety administrative regulations,strengthen the surveillance on biological security management.
