| 摘 要： | 报道了薄层扫描法测定芍药甙含量的方法。以薄层色谱法将芍药甙与干扰物质分离,平均回收率为99.60%,变异系数为3.67%。本法可用于白芍和复方白芍片的质量鉴定。

| Abstract: | Reported in this paper is a method for determining paeoniflorin by TLCS. paeoniflorin was separated from the interfering subatances by TLC. The average recovery rate was 99.60% and the variation coefficient of the results was 3.67%. This method can be used for grading white peony root and Fufang Baishao Tablets. |
