蒙自县医务人员对新型农村合作定点医疗机构服务质量的评价

目的了解蒙自县医务人员对新型农村合作定点医疗（以下简称新农合定点医疗）机构服务质量的评价，为提高新农合定点医疗机构服务质量提供科学依据。方法以问卷方式面对面调查随机抽取的部分蒙自县医务人员对新农合定点医疗机构服务质量的意见和建议。结果医务人员对各定点医疗机构医疗技术水平、可信度、医疗收费、总体满意度、卫生资源配置情况以及选择就诊的评价分布差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。非条件Logistic回归分析表明，医务人员喜欢选择县医院就诊的主要原因是其医疗技术水平较好，需要的药基本都有，总体满意度较高等。结论乡村卫生机构总体满意度较低，卫生服务资源匮乏；县级医疗机构收费过高。

Appraisal of Medical Personnel on Service Qualities of New- style Rural Cooperative Medical Care Fixed- point Medical Institutions of Mengzi County, Yunnan Province

Objective To understand the appraisal of medical personnel on the service qualities of New-style rural cooperative medical care fixed-point medical institutions and so as to provide scientific evidences for improving service qualities of these institutions. Methods We randomly sampled a part of medical staff in Mengzi county and investigated their attitudes and proposals towards the service qualities of New-style rural cooperative medical care fixed-point medical institutions by face-to-face questionnaire method. Results There were statistical significant differences in the distributions of appraisal of medical technical level, reliability, medical charge, total satisfactory degree, allocation of health resources and visiting choices for various fixed-point medical institutions, respectively. The Non-conditional Logistic Regression analysis showed that the main reasons for causing medical stuff to choose county-level hospital were as followed: the doctors in county-level hospital had good medical technics, where there were almost all kinds of medicine needed and the total satisfactory degree for it was high, etc. Conclusions The total satisfactory degrees of village infirmaries and town health centers are very low and where the health service resources are deficient. The medical charge of county-level hospital is too high.
