一氧化氮和P物质对肝硬化门脉高压大鼠循环动力状态的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨一氧化氮及P物质在门脉高压血流动力学改变中的作用。方法 通过结扎胆管建立大鼠肝硬化门脉高压模型,分别采用荧光法和ELISA方法测定肝硬化组与假手术组大鼠血清NO及P物质水平。同时检测血流动力学有关指标。结果 肝硬化门脉高压大鼠造模成功,均出现高动力循环状态,且血清NO,P物质水平明显高于假手术组。肝硬化组大鼠外周血管阻力同血清NO,P物质水平呈显著负相关。结论 NO及P物质均参与了肝硬化门脉高压高动力循环状态的形成。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the role of NO and substance P in the hemodynamics changes in cirrhotic rats with portal hypertension.Methods Cirrhotic rat models were made by bile duct ligation (BDL).Serum NO and substance P were measured respectively by fluorometic assay and ELISA.At the same time,hemodynamics parameters were determined.Results Hyperdynamic circulatory status associated with portal hypertension was observed in cirrhotic rats.Serum NO and substence P concentration in those rat models was obviously higher than that in sham-operated rats.There was a negative correaltion between the serum NO,substance P concentration and SVR in cirrhotic rats with portal hypertension.Conclusions NO and substance P may participate in the development of hemodynamics changes of cirrhosis with portal hypertension.
