某天然气电厂噪声危害现况调查分析

摘    要:目的调查某天然气电厂现场噪声和生产岗位个体噪声的分布,分析天然气电厂的噪声危害关键控制点和岗位,为天然气电厂的噪声危害防护提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、现场检测和护耳器评价相结合的方法进行分析。结果该企业工作场所噪声强度为61.9~106.4 dB(A),其中≥85 dB(A)的检测点数占59.22%;主要接噪岗位40 h/w的等效声级为66.4~91.4 dB(A),合格率为77.78%。LNG电厂的噪声危害关键控制场所集中在主厂房系统、化学水系统和辅助系统,噪声危害关键控制岗位是运行分部和机务分部巡检工。结论LNG电厂的噪声危害突出,需要通过噪声危害关键控制场所的隔声降噪工程控制措施、加强噪声危害关键控制岗位的个体防护和职业卫生管理措施来防控该行业的噪声危害。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the environment noise and personal noise in the liquefied natural gas power plant, analyze the critical control points of noise hazard, and provide evidences for noise hazard protection and control. Methods The methods on occupational hygiene investigation in workplace, noise detection and hearing protectors evaluation were ap- plied. Results The noise intensities were 61.9 - 106.4 dB (A) in workplace, and 59. 22% of them was ≥ 85 dB (A) ; LEX, W of the workers exposed to noise were 66.4 -91.4 dB (A), and 77. 78% of them was 〈 85 dB (A). The critical control points for noise were pumps, fans, compressors, cooler, high pressure pipes and valves, gas turbine, steam turbine and generator. The critical control posts for noise control were inspection workers of running department and maintenance department. Conclusion The noise hazard is serious in the liquefied natural gas power plant, and it is necessary to take some measures to reduce noise intensities.
