皮肤清洁在中频药透护理技术中的应用及观察

目的：建立腰椎间盘突出症中频药透护理技术规范性程序。方法：将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均以推拿治疗为基础,治疗组配合规范的中频药透程序治疗,建立有效的皮肤清洁步骤,对照组配合常规的中频药透程序治疗,没有皮肤清洁步骤;观察两组患者0swestry腰痛评估表、Roland-Morris腰痛评估表、疼痛视觉模拟标尺评估表评分的变化。结果：治疗后两组患者以上量表评分均下降（P〈0.01）;治疗组对以上量表评分及临床疗效的改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：建立有效皮肤清洁步骤的中频药透程序治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效较常规程序明显提高。中频药透护理技术规范性程序是一套治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效的辅助手段。

Application and observation of skin cleaning on medium frequency drug penetration
