| 摘 要： | 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是严重危害人类健康的常见疾病,其发生和发展与人体脂质代谢紊乱密切相关。游离脂肪酸是脂质代谢的一个中间产物,能较敏感地反映机体脂质代谢情况,是目前心血管领域的研究热点。业已证明,游离脂肪酸与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的关系密切,它能更准确敏感地反映机体脂代谢,是一个新的独立预测冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的危险因素。本文就近年来这方面的研究进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（CHD）is a common disorder jeopardizing the health of human beings.The occurrence and development of CHD correlate closely with lipid metabolic disorder.Free fatty acids（FFAs）are intermediate products of lipid metabolism.FFA may sensitively reflect lipid metabolism of the body,and can be an independent predictor of the risk of CHD,it has become a hot research topic of cardiovascular specialty.The close relationship between FFA and CHD has been proved.This article reviews the advances in the research of this subject of recent years. |
