婴儿眼睑眶周血管瘤的综合治疗

目的 探讨治疗婴儿眼睑眶周血管瘤的方法。方法 采用手术切除大部分瘤体，直视下平阳霉素局部注射残余瘤体的方法，综合治疗眼睑眶周血管瘤。结果 1998年～2002年采用综合方法治疗婴儿眼睑眶周血管瘤11例，临床效果好。无组织损伤所致并发症，随访2年，无复发。结论 婴儿眼睑眶周部位的血管瘤，如果生长迅速，会影响容貌和眼部发育，甚至出现功能障碍，应尽早治疗，手术切除加直视下平阳霉素注射残余瘤体是治疗婴儿眼睑眶周血管瘤的理想方法。

Comprehansive Therapy for Eye Socket Entourages Hemangiomas in Infants

Objective To explore the ideal therapeutic method fo r eye socket entourages hemangiomas of infants.Methods By operation to remove major mass of the tumour ,then pingyangmycing was injected into the residual tumour mass exposured under operative field.Used the comprehansive therapy to treat eye socket entourages hemangiomas.Result s There were11cases of eye socket entourages hemangiomas were cured with integrative therapy from1998to2002.All of them had good clinic effect.There was no sequela caused with organic damage.There was no relapse case during2years after operation.Conclusions The eye socket entourages hemangiomas of infants should be treated as early as possible,if it is growing rapidly,because it could affect baby's feature or development of eyes and functional disorder so on.The way of operation and Pingyangmycing injecting into residual tumour mass under line of rision directly is the best effective therapeutic method for the socket entourages hemangiomas of infants.
