| 摘 要： | 用显微外科技术行游离肩胛皮瓣移植修复四肢软组织缺损3例,均获得成功。对肩胛皮瓣的应用解剖,手术方法进行了描述,并讨论了该皮瓣的特点及血管吻合方式的选择。

| Abstract: | The scapular flap is a new cutaneous microsurgical free flap. In this report, free scapular flaps were transptanted successfully in 3 cases, in which the microsurgical anatomy of the 3 free flaps and their operative techinques were introduced. The characterisics of the free flaps and the way of vascular anastomosis selected were also discussed. The scapular flap has many advantages: longer vascular pedicle, wider vascular calibre, easy to be anastomosed with higher successful rate, The doner area is larger, without hair on it, and may be sutured directly. As the skin flap has been cut off, no function affected occurs to the doner's limb. |
