| 摘 要： | 目的：研究小陷胸汤加味方对心肌缺血再灌注心肌的作用。方法：将32只健康家兔随机分为4组，假手术组（C组），小陷胸汤加味方高剂量组（D组），每组8只。A组不予缺血再灌注处理，C、D两组提前5天连续灌胃中药，A、B组各灌以等量0．9％NaCl溶液。B、C、D三组建立心肌缺血再灌注模型。各组分别于再灌注120min检测血清磷酸肌酸激酶（CK），肿瘤坏死因子-α（T．F-α）的含量。结果：C、D两组CK、T。F-α均低于B组（P〈0．05），C、D两组间CK、T．F-α无差异（P〉0．05）。结论：小陷胸汤加味方可降低兔心肌缺血再灌注CK、T．F-α含量，对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objectives： To study the effects of XiaoXianXiong Decoction on experimentally ischemie repeffusion injury in rabbits.Methods： 32 rabbits were randomly divided into4 group, the sham- operation group （A）, ischemia/reperfusion group （B）, XiaoXianXiong decoction low dose group （C）, XiaoXianXiong decoction high dose group （D）, 8 rabbits in every group.To explore the effects of XiaoXianXiong decoction on CK, TNF-α during myocardial ischemic reperfusion.Resuhs： XiaoXianXiong decoction decreased the level of CK, TNF-a.Conclusions： XiaoXianXiong decoction can protect the heart from myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury. |
