| 摘 要： | 目的:鉴别哮喘宁片中五味子与南五味子.方法:以五味子酯甲、五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素为对照,采用SunFireTMC18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),乙腈-四氢呋喃-水梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 mL· min-1,用中国药典委员会颁布的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(2004A)进行相似度的比较.结果:五味子药材及其成药制剂、南五味子药材及其成药制剂指纹图谱相似度均＜0.9,但五味子、南五味子指纹图谱相似度＜0.2.结论:采用色谱技术能够鉴别哮喘宁片中五味子与南五味子.
