摘    要:目的:研究新鲜假蒟的挥发性化学成分.方法:采用顶空固相微萃取-气质联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS).结果:共鉴定出48种化合物,按峰面积比占假蒟挥发油化学成分的88.7%,其中β-月桂烯(34.4%)、α-水芹烯(5.5%)、柠檬烯(8.9%)、芳樟醇(6.0%)为主要化合物.结论:方法具有简便、快速、准确、样品量小等特点,适用于新鲜假蒟挥发性化学成分的快速测定.
