| 摘 要： | 目的观察健脾导滞汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法将98例病例随机分为治疗组62例,对照组36例,分别给子健脾导滞汤、匹维溴胺治疗4周,观察两组病例综合疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.32%,优于对照组77.78%(P<0.05)。结论健脾导滞汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者有较好的治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of JianPiDaoZhi decoction on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS).Methods98 patients diagnosed as D-lBS were randomly divided into two groups.The treated group(62 patients) was treated with JianPiDaoZhi decoction;the control group(32 patients) was treated with Dicetel.After four weeks course of treatment,the clinical effect were observed.ResultsThe total efficiency of the treated group and the control group was 90.32% and 77.78%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionJianPiDaoZhi decoction has definite effect on D-IBS. |
