丙泊酚复合芬太尼或氯胺酮静脉全麻用于输卵管绝育术的镇痛效果

摘    要:目的观察比较丙泊酚复合芬太尼或氯胺酮静脉全麻用于输卵管绝育术的临床效果。方法将150例绝育妇女随机分成三组:A组丙泊酚复合芬太尼,B组丙泊酚复合氯胺酮,C组为对照组,即单独使用丙泊酚。观察比较三组镇痛效果,苏醒时间,术前、术中3min收缩压及心率差异。结果A、B组镇痛效果明显优于C组(p<0.05),丙泊酚总量少于C组(p<0.05),B组术前与术中3min的BP和HR变化小,而A、C组的BP和HR变化较明显(p<0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合芬太尼、氯胺酮用于腹式输卵管绝育术都优于单独使用丙泊酚,但复合氯胺酮更理想。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of the propofol blends with different drug used in the oviduct sterilization technique. Methods Divides 150 sterilization women into three groups randomly, A group prepofol blend fentanyl, B group propofol blend ketamine, C group are the control group, namely used propofol ordy. Compare three groups of analgesic effects, the regaining consciousness time, the systolic pressure and heart rate at the time of preoperation, during operation 3min. Results The analgesic effects of A, B group surpasses C group obviously (p 〈0.05), the different propofol total quantity is lower than C group (p 〈0.05), in B group the preoperation and during operation 3min BP and HR changes slightly, but A, C group BP and HR changes is obvious (p 〈0.05).Conclusion The different propofol blends fentanyl or ketamine in the abdomen type oviduct sterilization technique all surpass the simple use of propofol, but blends the ketamine to be more ideal.
