| 摘 要： | 为评价肝素膜支架对防止急性／ 亚急性支架内血栓形成的有效性及其对远期再狭窄的影响，对２８ 例病人的３２ 个靶病变置入肝素膜支架。结果手术成功率１００ ％ ，术后无１ 例急性／ 亚急性血栓形成，术后随访６ ～２４ 月，５ 例复发心绞痛（１７ ．９ ％ ） ，３ 例经冠状动脉造影证实再狭窄，无死亡病例。结果提示：肝素膜支架对于防止急性／ 亚急性支架内血栓形成是有效的，但不能降低远期再狭窄率。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the effectiveness of heparin coated stents on acute/subacute stent thrombosis and late in stent restenosis,the stents were implanted in 32 target lesions of 28 patients with coronary artery disease. The procedural success rate was 100% without death. No acute/subacute stent thrombosis were observed after stenting. 5 patients suffered from recurrent angina during the 6～24 months follow up, 3(17.9%) had in stent restenosis confirmed by coronay angiography. The result showed that heparin coated stent was effective in preventing acute/subacute stent thrombosis, but it could not reduce late in stent resenosis rates. |
