Abstract:To inquire into the prevention work of medical treatment disputes in the outpatient department.The risk management theory was practised in our department and through analysis of the factors which always result in risk events.The following measures were taken:to stipulate the preventive measures and treating methods and to strengthen the risking consciousness of all medical staff.Therefore,the medical disputes were minimized and lawsuit was avoided,the medical treatment work progressed smoothly.
