经皮蘑菇伞形封堵器治疗动脉导管未闭的临床疗效

目的　评价蘑菇伞形封堵器治疗动脉导管未闭 (PDA)的近期、中期临床疗效。方法　 8例患者 ,男 6例 ,女 2例 ,年龄 2～ 5 6岁。PDA平均直径为 4 2 5mm(3～ 12mm) ,应用F5～F9长鞘输送封堵器封堵未闭的动脉导管。结果　全部患者封堵器放置成功 ,成功率 10 0 % ,术后即刻所有的患者心前区连续性杂音消失 ,仅 1例可闻及轻微收缩期杂音 ,术后 10min胸主动脉造影显示 7例PDA完全堵闭 ,无严重并发症。随访 3～ 9个月无封堵器的移位、再通或肺动脉狭窄。结论　应用蘑菇伞形封堵器行动脉导管未闭的介入封堵术创伤小 ,疗效可靠。

Clinical effect of the marshrom shape occluder for the treatment of patent ductus arteriosus

Objective To evaluate the short-and middle-term chinical efficancy of using the marshrom shape occluder to close patent ductus arteriosus(PDA).Methods 8 patients with PDA were selected,inclucling 6 male and 2 female,with the age 2～56 years old.The average minimal diameter of PDA was 4.25mm arrange(3mm to 12mm).Long sheaths of 5 to 9 French size were used to traslate the occluders.Results Occluders were successfully implated in all patients,and the murmur disappeared after procedures except one patient with slightly systolic murmur left.The rate of success was 100%.Aotic angiography after occlusion showed that the PDA were completely closed in 7 patients.There was no severe complications during procedure and no removement of occluders,re-opening of shunts,and stenosis of the pulmonary arteries during 3 to 9 months follow-up.Conclusion Using the marshrom shape occluder to close PDA is a relatively safe and effective interventional therapy.
