| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨下腔静脉滤器置入术及溶栓治疗的护理技巧。方法:对25例患者术前进行充分的准备、术后精心护理和正确的健康指导。结果:25例患者32处患肢有24个血管再通,未发生局部感染、滤器移位、肺栓塞等并发症。结论:适宜的护理方法不仅保证了治疗效果,而且有效地提高了患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the nursing skill of inferior vena cava filter implantation and thrombolysis treatment.Method Full preparation before operation,careful nursing and correct health education after surgery were performed on 25 patients.Results Revascularization was found in 24 lesions among the 25 cases(32 affected limbs).No complications as local infection,filter shift and pulmonary embolism were found.Conclusion Our nursing method not only ensures the treatment effect,but also effectively improves the quality of life. |
