电针刺激内关穴fMRI可重复性的初步研究

摘    要:目的 评估电针刺激内关穴fMRI脑区激活的可重复性.方法 健康成人志愿者6例,在不同时间行3次fMRI检查,每次每人分别接受右手简单对指(以下简称对指组)和电针刺激右侧内关穴(以下简称电针组)两项任务.通过计算3个不同时间3次fMRI检查激活脑区体积的重叠率(Roverlap)和兴趣区(ROIs)内脑区激活强度的组内相关系数(ICC),对2项任务fMRI的可重复性进行评估.结果 对指组激活脑区体积的Roverlap(34.24±9.49)显著高于电针组的Roverlap(13.23±14.21);对指组ROIs内信号强度ICC(0.69~0.80)显著高于电针组ROIs内信号强度ICC(0.18~0.68);说明对指组脑区激活的可靠性较电针组高.对指组ROIs内激活信号强度显著高于电针组,说明对指组fMRI脑区激活的信噪比较电针组高.结论 相对于简单对指任务较为稳定的脑区激活,电针内关穴fMRI激活脑区和激活强度变异较大.电针内关穴fMRI激活脑区相对低的信噪比和低的敏感性是引起电针刺激重复性差的主要可能原因.将个体的功能数据进行组化研究,有助于提高电针内关穴fMRI的敏感性,提高激活脑区的可重复性.
