早期乳癌钼靶X线诊断的价值探讨

目的：探讨早期乳腺钼靶X线征象及其临床意义。方法：复读78例早期乳癌（临床T0期14例，T1期64例）钼靶摄片，分析总结其临床资料和病理结果。结果：78例早期乳癌中，表现为肿块影52例，肿块并泥沙样成簇细小钙化17例，无肿块影而仅表现为成簇细小钙化的隐匿性乳癌4例，非对称性的局限性密度增高3例，乳腺结构扭曲2例，诊断符合率92．31％。结论：成簇细小钙化及泥沙样钙化在早期乳癌诊断中有重要意义，对于肿块界限较清但无包膜、非对称性的局部密度增高及乳腺结构扭曲者，应及时活检排除早期乳癌。

MAMMOGRAPHY FOR EARLY BREAST CANCER

Objective\ To investigate the mammographic features and its clinical significance in early breast cancer. Methods\ The mammographic films of 78 early breast cancers (T 0,14 cases; T 1,64 cases) were reviewed for the clinical data and pathological reports. \ Results\ The mammographic manifestations were as follows: mass image (52 cases), mass and clustered minute calcifications (17 cases), clustered minute calcifications without mass (4 cases), asymmetrical increase of local density (3 cases)and local structure tortuous (2 cases).The confirmation rate was 92.31%. \ Conclusion\ Clustered minute calcification is a very important evidence for the diagnosis of early breast cancer. If the X ray shows local structure tortuous, the hazy border or speculation of the nodular image, a biopsy is then necessary for the diagnosis.
