全程综合干预对首发精神分裂症患者的影响

目的探讨全程综合干预对首发精神分裂症患者的作用。方法将96例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各48例。其中干预组脱落3例。对照组给予常规治疗护理,干预组在此基础上给予全程综合干预1年,用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS),住院病人护士观察量表(NOSIE-30),社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)和复发率,再住院率,再就业率进行评估。结果入组时,两组所有量表评分差异均无显著性,干预结束时,干预组的BPRS,NOSIE-30中的总消极因素及SDSS评分均明显低于对照组,而NOSIE-30总分,总积极因素评分均明显高于对照组,干预组的复发率(20%),再住院率(2%),再就业率(51%),皆优于对照组(分别为40%、19%和23%)。结论全程综合干预对控制首发精神分裂症患者的病情,提高社会功能和再就业率,以及降低复发率和再住院率具有重要作用。

Effect of comprehensive intervention in the whole process in patients with first episode schizophrenia

Objective To detect the effect of comprehensive intervention in the whole process on patients with first episode schizophrenia.Method 96 patients with first episode schizophrenia wire randomly divided into intervention group(n=58) and control group(n=48) .Among of them,3 cases were dropped. Control group received common treat-ment and nursing,on the base of this,intervention group received comprehensive intervention in the whole process for 1 year. All subjects were evaluated with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) ,Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation-30(NOSIE-30) ,Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS) ,and relapse rate,reemployment rate,re-hospitalization rate.Result There were no significant differences in the scores of all scales between two groups before treatment. After treatments,the scores of negative factors in BPRS and NOSIE-30 and scores of SDSS were significantly lower in intervention group than control group,while the total score and scores of positive factors in NOSIE-30 were significantly higher in intervention group than control group,the relapse rate(20%) ,re-hospitalization rate(2%) ,reemployment rate(51%) were significantly superior in intervention group than control group(40%,19%,23%) . Conclusion The effect of comprehensive intervention in the whole process not only increase their social functions and reemployment rate,but reduce relapse and re-hospitalization.
