摘    要:缺氧缺血性脑损伤的发病机制目前尚未完全明确 ,缺氧时血管内皮生长因子有不同程度的表达 ,其在缺氧缺血后的脑组织中的表达特点与多种因子及mRNA的水平有关 ,血管内皮生长因子具有促进内皮细胞增殖 ,增加新生血管生成 ,改变血管通透性等功能 ,它在缺氧缺血性脑损伤发病及转归中具有不容忽视的作用

Abstract:At present, the mechanism on hypoxic ischemic brain damage(HIBD) is not completely clear. In hypoxia, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is expressed at varying degree and the expression of VEGF in hypoxic and ischemic brain tissue is associated with various kinds of cellular factors and the level of mRNA. VEGF is a potent vascular endothelial cell inducer which can promote the proliferation of endothelial cell, resulting in hypervascularization and change in permeability of the blood vessel. VEGF plays an important role in the development and prognosis of HIBD.
