| 摘 要： | 目的 建立水蛭注射液的细菌内毒素检查方法。方法 对水蛭注射液进行干扰。结果 对样品进行 1∶ 15 0稀释 ,用 0 .5 EU/ m L 鲎试剂无干扰。结论 可以用细菌内毒素检查代替热原检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To develope a bacterial endotoxins test (BET) for Hirudo Injection.Methods The interfering test on Hirudo Injection.Results The test was not interfered when TAL(0.5 EU/mL) was applied and the sample was diluted in a ratio of 1 to 150.Conclusion The BET may be an alternative for the rabit pyroben test. |
