| 摘 要： | 目的:了解贵州省农村地区原发不育症的患病率及基线资料,为深入进行不育症专题研究和制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法:研究采用现况调查,分层整体随机抽样的方法,在贵州省9个市(州、地)中20个乡(镇),抽取女方年龄15～49岁已婚育龄夫妇为调查对象。结果:共100 842对育龄夫妇入选,原发不育夫妇共1 051对。调查地区原发不育的平均患病率为1.04%。不育患者在县级以下医院就诊率56.60%。结论:贵州省农村原发不育症的平均患病率与国内其他地区相似。不育患者多在不具备不育症诊治条件的机构诊疗,殆误病情,应整合计划生育和卫生机构力量为农村不育患者提供更好的诊治服务。
