2004年福建省突发公共卫生事件监测结果分析

目的:了解福建省突发公共卫生事件基本情况,进一步规范各类突发公卫事件的报告、处置,提高应对各类突发公卫事件的敏感性。方法:分析2004年国家突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统与省FTP监测系统的各类突发公卫事件。结果:FTP系统是目前的主要报告途径,占各类报告途径的68.4%(91/133);各地对突发公共卫生事件报告工作不够平衡,福州、漳州等市工作较好;传染性疾病类依然是我省各类突发公卫事件的主要构成类型,占83.5%(111/133);春秋两季是各类突发公卫事件的好发季节;各类学校是各类突发公卫事件好发场所。结论:加强各级各类医疗机构与疾控机构报告及时性,加强重点单位学校的监测,加强重点月份(2、3、9月)监测。

Analysis on inspection results of public health emergencies in Fujian province in 2004

Objective:In order to understand basic information of emergency public health event in Fujian province,rule reports and treat with all kinds of emergency public health event,enhance ability in response to a great variety of emergency public health event.Methods:Analyse surveillance data from emergency public reporting system and FTP surveillance manner in Fujiane province.Results:FTP manner is main reporting mode in all kinds of reporting manner at present,that is 68.4 percentage(91/133).reporting work is insufficient balance in county in Fujian province,Fuzhou and Zhangzhou of all county is more satisfied.infectious disease is still main composing in all kinds of emergency public health event in Fujian province,which is 83.5 percent(111/133).spring and autumn is the main season that emergency public health events are easier occurrence,the school is locale that more occur emergency public health events.Conclusion:Strengthen reporting timeliness of hospitals and CDC;Strengthen surveillance to schools and key-months(Feb,Mar and Sep).
